Refund Policy

Because PDF products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable. If a file will not open or the wrong item was delivered, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.

Charitable giving is handled separately from the Toys & Tales store and is not part of this policy.
